Drive global IT hiring in a fast-paced, international technology organization operating at the center of the e-commerce and digital services ecosystem. As an IT Recruiting Staff, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to shape recruitment strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and strengthen employer branding. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies for engineering roles
- Lead direct sourcing and talent scouting to build strong global IT and engineering talent pipelines
- Drive referral recruitment programs and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
- Plan and execute domestic and international recruiting events and hiring campaigns
- Develop and deliver recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives across digital channels
- Analyze recruiting data, hiring metrics, and market trends to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of global recruiting processes and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in IT or engineering recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for technical or engineering positions
- Strong PC skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors
- Ability to independently identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions
Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple seniority levels
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Adaptable and resilient when managing competing priorities
- Professional, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- In-house or strong agency recruiting experience, ideally within the Japanese technology market
- Familiarity with large, multi-service digital or e-commerce ecosystems
- Strong presentation, research, and professional communication skills
