Join a global automotive and clean energy leader as an HR Business Partner, working closely with business leaders to shape culture and ensure an inclusive, high-performing workplace. In this role, you will deliver both strategic and hands-on HR support, partnering with centers of excellence to drive people initiatives that enable rapid growth and long-term success in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence positive organizational change by driving culture and values across the business
- Deliver strategic and hands-on HR programs supporting employees and managers
- Lead and support performance management, organizational design, L&D, C&B, and employee relations initiatives
- Partner with HR CoEs to align people strategies with business priorities
- Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and engagement
- Coach managers to build, lead, and serve high-performing teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Broad HR exposure including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience coaching employees and management
Soft Skills:
- Highly motivated and ambitious mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to influence and advise stakeholders at multiple levels
- Growth-oriented, competitive drive suited to fast-paced environments
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Intermediate to Business level
