Join a leading global consulting firm as an HR Transformation Manager / Senior Manager and lead large-scale HR transformation, digital HR, and organizational change programmes for some of the world's leading organizations. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will help clients transform their HR operating models, optimize business processes, implement leading HR technologies, and deliver sustainable organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to define HR transformation strategies, target operating models, and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Assess, redesign, and optimize HR organizations, including HR Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence (CoE), and Shared Services operating models.
- Design and transform end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
- Lead HR technology transformation programmes, including solution selection, implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Facilitate executive workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and drive organizational change and business adoption initiatives.
- Develop key transformation deliverables, including operating model blueprints, process documentation, implementation plans, and business cases.
- Manage complex transformation workstreams while coaching junior consultants and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support clients in leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to modernize HR functions and improve business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or strategic HR initiatives within a consulting firm or corporate environment.
- Proven experience designing HR operating models and HR service delivery frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex HR transformation programmes or managing multiple large-scale workstreams.
- Experience working within multinational, cross-functional, or global project environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex business challenges into practical and actionable recommendations.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and executive relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in client-facing environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience leading payroll, workforce management, or time management transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR technology platforms.
- Experience delivering HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programmes.
- Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and business readiness initiatives.
- Experience applying AI, automation, analytics, or digital HR solutions within enterprise HR functions.
- Knowledge of people analytics, workforce planning, talent management, or skills transformation programmes.
