    This role is responsible for aligning local learning initiatives with global standards, while designing impactful programs that enhance leadership, technical expertise, and employee performance. You will play a key role in building a high-performing organization within a rapidly growing life sciences company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and lead a training and development strategy aligned with business and global objectives.
    • Design and deliver leadership, communication, and technical training programs.
    • Manage the training team, including daily operations, budget, and team development.
    • Collaborate with global headquarters to localize international training materials.
    • Track and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and analytics.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in learning & development or corporate training.
    • 5+ years of experience managing teams of 3 or more members.
    • Proven experience delivering sales, scientific, or leadership training programs.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
    • Excellent communication skills for working with global and local stakeholders.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
    • Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to organizational change.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
    • Knowledge of medical representative training and compliance standards
    • Experience working with global headquarters or international teams
    • Professional certifications in coaching or training
