Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic talent advisor to internal stakeholders on recruitment planning and execution
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using both traditional and modern channels
- Build and continuously improve candidate evaluation methodologies to ensure hiring quality
- Drive hiring activities aligned with business growth and workforce plans
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer and onboarding
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's employer brand in the Japanese market
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years of professional recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring
- Strong expertise across a wide range of sourcing channels and recruitment tools
Soft Skills:
- Highly motivated and ambitious mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to influence and advise stakeholders at multiple levels
- Growth-oriented, competitive drive suited to fast-paced environments
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level (written and spoken)
- English: Intermediate to Business level
