    Are you ready to lead and transform recruitment in a global technology-driven organization? As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage a team of 5 and drive hiring strategy across Japan. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the talent landscape in the Tokyo tech market, working in a hybrid/remote environment while collaborating with global stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and standardize recruitment operations to ensure efficient processes and high-quality candidate experience.
    • Manage and prioritize hiring needs, ensuring alignment with critical business objectives.
    • Design and execute hiring strategies for technology, sales, and customer success roles.
    • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify bottlenecks to optimize hiring performance.
    • Define sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, job boards, and external agencies within budget.
    • Actively headhunt and engage top talent, including senior-level candidates.
    • Partner with business leaders to define hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment consulting.
    • Collaborate with the global TA team, ensuring alignment with international hiring standards.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • Proven experience leading or managing a recruitment or talent acquisition team.
    • Strong understanding of B2B Inside Sales and technology hiring ecosystems.
    • Experience managing end-to-end hiring cycles, particularly in tech or sales-driven organizations.
    • Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and agency management.
    Soft Skills:
    • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and influence business leaders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment KPIs and improve funnel performance.
    • High emotional intelligence to lead and motivate a hybrid or remote team.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong decision-making capabilities.
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native
    • English: Business level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience improving and optimizing recruitment processes through automation or efficiency initiatives.
    • Knowledge of talent attraction marketing in competitive hiring markets like Tokyo.
    • Experience hiring for SaaS or cloud-based technology roles.
