Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines using direct sourcing, job boards, and digital tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic hiring advice and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards teams to structure compensation and lead negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS systems and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support HR initiatives such as employer branding and organizational transformation.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage recruitment programs and improve operational workflows and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for IT and digital roles.
- Experience using ATS/HRIS systems for recruitment and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills for managing internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and solution proposal skills.
- High level of integrity when handling confidential candidate information.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Business level
