Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including agency coordination, direct sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Manage global and local HR systems, including data accuracy and workflows
- Conduct market research and internal analysis to plan and improve hiring strategies
- Support and facilitate training seminars by collaborating with stakeholders
- Serve as the HR point of contact for stores, handling personnel information and documentation
- Collaborate on HR projects with local and international teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and experience in recruiting or interviewer coordination
- Ability to manage large volumes of information and complex schedules
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems preferred
Soft Skills:
- Analytical and adaptable problem-solver
- Positive, team-oriented work ethic
- Creative thinker with an eye for copywriting or design
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods HR teams
