In this role, you will lead initiatives across employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development, shaping a high-performance culture in a dynamic, international environment. This is a strategic and hands-on position with strong exposure to leadership and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner, providing end-to-end HR support to business units.
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution strategies.
- Drive core HR programs such as onboarding, engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement HR policies and organizational initiatives.
- Identify and improve HR processes, programs, and policies.
- Support talent acquisition efforts aligned with business needs.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics, workforce trends, and headcount planning.
- Lead culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives, including DEI programs.
- Support employer branding and external HR initiatives.
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR and business projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of HR experience, including Business Partnering, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
- Strong knowledge across core HR functions including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and HR policies.
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and investigations.
- Proven experience leading HR programs across performance management, engagement, and organizational design.
- Experience working with HR metrics and data analysis.
