Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate and retail business functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs, evaluate candidates, and support key hiring decisions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer management.
- Lead university recruiting initiatives and internship programs to attract and develop high-potential future talent.
- Support onboarding activities and collaborate with managers to ensure successful employee integration and performance during probation periods.
- Manage external recruitment agencies and vendor relationships to maximize hiring effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, pipeline performance, and hiring trends to drive continuous process improvements.
- Monitor recruitment budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent management.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across both corporate and retail or customer-facing positions.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Experience working within international or multicultural organizations is highly desirable.
