* Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support business growth.
* Collaborate closely with management teams and external brand partners to align HR strategies, policies, and operational standards.
* Manage compensation and benefits processes, payroll oversight, attendance systems, personnel records, and HR administration.
* Drive employee engagement, training, development programs, and HR initiatives that promote continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, labor law compliance, social insurance regulations, and stakeholder communications.
* Minimum 3 years of professional Human Resources experience.
* Experience across multiple HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partnering.
* Strong knowledge of Japanese Labor Law, employment regulations, social insurance, and compliance requirements.
* Experience managing HR systems, payroll processes, personnel data, and budgeting activities.
* Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* High integrity, professionalism, and a proactive growth mindset.

* Previous HR experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, premium restaurants, or guest service environments.
* Experience supporting international organizations and multicultural teams.
* Understanding of luxury service standards and customer-centric business environments.
