Role Overview

Morgan Mckinley are recruiting on behgalf of a Legal practice based in Limerck are seeking an organised and professional Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to solicitors in a busy legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence

• Managing diaries, appointments, and client files

• Handling phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

• Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality

• Assisting with billing, time recording, and general office support

Requirements

• Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal administrator

• Strong typing, organisation, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; legal case management systems an advantage

• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Desirable

• Experience in an Irish legal practice

• Legal secretarial or administrative qualification

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
