Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Design and implement HR programs that enhance workforce planning, optimise talent management, and boost employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding key hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Track HR metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication to foster a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
