Our client, a well-established organisation based in Galway, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator for a temporary assignment. This role requires a highly organised professional with strong administrative capability and proven experience supporting recruitment processes, compliance documentation, and interview coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator with previous recruitment or HR support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Provide full administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and onsite)
Liaise with hiring managers and candidates professionally and efficiently
Prepare interview packs and relevant documentation
Manage candidate communications and maintain ATS/database records
Ensure all compliance documentation is collected and processed (e.g. right to work, references, background checks where applicable)
Support onboarding administration for successful candidates
Maintain accurate reporting and recruitment trackers
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment legislation
Minimum 3+ years' experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, or a strong compliance-focused administrative role
Proven experience coordinating interviews and managing high-volume administrative tasks
Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation processes
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
