We've partnered with a fantastic client who is hiring a Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy talent acquisition team during an exciting period of growth. This contract role is designed to give a recent HR graduate hands-on experience in a professional recruitment function and insight into how it operates day-to-day.
What You'll Be Doing
This role sits at the heart of the hiring process. You'll play a key part in keeping everything organised and on track.
- Scheduling interviews across multiple hiring managers
- Managing diaries and coordinating availability
- Liaising directly with candidates throughout the process
- Supporting recruiters with documentation and recruitment administration
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey
It's a fast-moving environment where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.
