An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading global organisation based in Cork.
This role will form an integral part of the senior management team, with responsibility for leading and delivering the organisation's People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders on all people-related matters, driving the HR agenda within the assigned business area.
- Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to the senior management team, ensuring HR strategy aligns with and supports operational objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent and implementing effective talent management programmes.
- Support managers and employees through a robust performance management process, ensuring clear objectives, timely reviews, and continuous development of key talent.
- Proactively manage employee relations matters, maintaining open and effective communication channels across all levels of the organisation.
- Contribute to and support global HR projects and initiatives as required.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role (minimum of 5 years).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience supporting global functions is desirable but not essential.
