Senior People Partner
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Dublin (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organisation to appoint a Senior People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, leading a small People team and working across the full employee lifecycle.
Acting as the senior People lead during a maternity cover, you'll work closely with the CEO and Executive Team, balancing strategic business partnering with the day-to-day leadership of the People function. You'll coach managers, drive key people initiatives and ensure HR operations continue to run smoothly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Team, providing trusted advice on a broad range of people matters.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the People function, ensuring an excellent employee and manager experience.
- Coach and support leaders to build capability across performance management, feedback, recruitment and people leadership.
- Partner on organisational design, workforce planning and business change initiatives.
- Lead performance, talent and succession planning activities.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation.
- Lead and develop a small People team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Use people data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Deliver strategic People initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across the function.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a Senior People Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, Head of People or similar role.
- A broad HR generalist background with experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, executive teams or C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong leadership coaching and manager capability development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience leading or mentoring an HR team.
- A pragmatic, commercially focused approach with a willingness to get involved across all aspects of HR.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can change.
