Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain projects, delivering on key milestones to improve overall performance.

Drive initiatives that optimize supply chain processes and enhance efficiency.

Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by coordinating material availability and ensuring timelines are achieved.

Transition products seamlessly from NPI to commercial planning.

Establish and maintain robust supply chain procedures to support both NPI and commercial processes.

Provide SAP technical support, drive system optimisation, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the S&OP process and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

10+ years of planning experience within a high-volume, complex manufacturing environment.

Proven project management experience with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

SAP expertise with a track record of driving system improvements.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
