We are seeking a motivated Buyer / Stores Person to join our clients on-site team supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.
This hands-on role combines purchasing and stores operations, ensuring materials and components are ordered, delivered, and managed efficiently.
You'll work closely with the On-Site Account Manager and site technicians, gaining valuable experience in supply chain management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Manage purchase orders from request through to delivery using ERP systems.
Maintain accurate stock control, cycle counts, and stores organisation.
Liaise with suppliers and site teams to ensure on-time supply of materials.
Support cost reduction, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with site and quality standards (GMP/GDP).
Experience in purchasing, stores, or supply chain preferred.
Strong ERP system and Excel skills.
Excellent communication and organisational ability.
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a busy environment.
