Buyer - Stores Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Buyer / Stores Person to join our clients on-site team supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.
This hands-on role combines purchasing and stores operations, ensuring materials and components are ordered, delivered, and managed efficiently.

You'll work closely with the On-Site Account Manager and site technicians, gaining valuable experience in supply chain management within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from request through to delivery using ERP systems.

• Maintain accurate stock control, cycle counts, and stores organisation.

• Liaise with suppliers and site teams to ensure on-time supply of materials.

• Support cost reduction, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with site and quality standards (GMP/GDP).

What We're Looking For

• Experience in purchasing, stores, or supply chain preferred.

• Strong ERP system and Excel skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational ability.

• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a busy environment.
