About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations within a controlled and regulated production environment.
You'll play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while contributing to continuous improvement across our operations.
What You'll Be Doing
🔧 Production & Manufacturing
- Carry out manufacturing activities including assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging
- Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant production
- Monitor processes and maintain product quality throughout production runs
⚙️ Equipment & Machinery
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Identify and report faults, supporting basic troubleshooting when needed
📅 Planning & Output
- Work to production schedules based on demand and operational priorities
- Adapt to changing requirements while maintaining productivity
- Ensure timely completion of assigned production tasks
✅ Quality & Compliance
- Work within a regulated environment (e.g. GMP or similar)
- Accurately complete production documentation (batch records, logs, checklists)
- Report any deviations, non-conformances, or issues promptly

- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Use appropriate PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace (5S standards)
🤝 Teamwork & Communication
- Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and training
- Share knowledge and support new team members
📈 Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Contribute to Lean / continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, medical device, or food production) is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs
