Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Research suppliers and negotiate optimal prices, terms, and delivery conditions.
- Order Management: Manage end-to-end purchasing, issue POs, and arrange inbound freight logistics.
- Supplier Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for current vendors and new product inquiries.
- Logistics Alignment: Partner with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies/damages, and manage multi-location stock transfers.
- Process Improvement: Maximize internal software systems to streamline purchasing workflows.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate procurement and stock reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in a fast-paced procurement, buying, or purchasing role.
- Education: Qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Accounting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of inventory control, MS Office proficiency, and sharp attention to detail.
- Traits: Confident negotiator, resilient problem-solver, and excellent cross-functional communicator.
