Our client is seeking a Mobility Technician to join their team. This role is an important part of their Mobility team and involves the assembly, fitting, packing, delivery, and installation of mobility equipment to customers.
The Role
As a Mobility Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring mobility products are assembled, fitted, delivered, and installed to the highest standard. Working closely with the Product Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service while ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, fit, install, pack, and prepare mobility equipment for delivery.
- Deliver mobility equipment to customers across Leinster as required.
- Demonstrate and instruct customers on the safe and correct use of equipment.
- Deliver and collect demonstration equipment when required.
- Maintain responsibility for the security and care of mobility products.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Liaise with warehouse teams regarding stock transfers.
- Work closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Plan delivery routes to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and IT Security policies and procedures.
- Complete all tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Carry out any other duties as required by management.
About You

Desirable
- Previous experience working with mobility products.
- Experience in product assembly or installation.
- Route planning or delivery experience.
