An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Specialist to join a leading global healthcare organisation during a significant period of growth. With multiple new product launches planned, the business is expanding its Supply Chain team and is looking for an experienced professional to help manage critical external manufacturing operations.
Although this is initially a payroll contract position, many contractors who have joined the business have remained for several years, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term career stability within a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance and relationship of Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and external manufacturing partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products.
- Monitor supplier performance, identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches by ensuring supply chain readiness.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Contribute to a high-performing team with a proactive and supportive approach.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience working with CMOs or external manufacturing partners.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device or life sciences industry.
- Exposure to Quality, Regulatory, Procurement and Supply Chain functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
