This senior role supports operational excellence and commercial growth across the organisation, working closely with leadership to align strategy, lead change, and develop new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and align strategy, initiatives, and operations across multiple business units
Lead transformation and change initiatives, including implementation of new systems and processes
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Optimise operational delivery to ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant services
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Experience Required
7-12 years' experience in operational leadership, project management, or business development roles
Proven track record delivering change and system implementations
Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability, and stakeholder engagement skills
