This senior role supports operational excellence and commercial growth across the organisation, working closely with leadership to align strategy, lead change, and develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align strategy, initiatives, and operations across multiple business units

• Lead transformation and change initiatives, including implementation of new systems and processes

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

• Optimise operational delivery to ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant services

• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders

Experience Required

• 7-12 years' experience in operational leadership, project management, or business development roles

• Proven track record delivering change and system implementations

• Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability, and stakeholder engagement skills
