Monday.com Builder

Our client is looking to bring on a contractor to design, configure, and maintain a monday.com environment as the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for project delivery. You will translate agreed process designs and workflow logic into a scalable, high-governance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Build: Design and configure boards, automations, permissions, and dashboards.
• Data Integrity: Enforce naming conventions and board structures to prevent duplication and ensure reliable reporting.
• Prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concept workflows to validate feasibility against real delivery scenarios.
• Governance: Work closely with process owners to ensure the build faithfully implements agreed ways of working rather than ad-hoc workarounds.
• Sustainability: Maintain clear documentation for templates and standards to ensure the platform remains maintainable.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• monday.com Expertise (Essential): 2+ years of hands-on experience building and administering the platform, including board architecture and complex automations.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to interpret process maps and translate abstract requirements into structured data flows.
• Methodical Approach: Disciplined about quality, naming conventions, and working within defined governance.

Professional Background: 3-6 years of experience with work-management platforms, preferably in a project delivery or transformation environment.
