The are looking to bring on a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Dublin team to support their month end close process and other critical aspects of the accounting calendar.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong technical foundation and exceptional attention to detail. This role plays a key part in supporting the month-end close process and broader accounting operations within a dynamic, high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, maintenance of sub-ledgers, and general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain a detailed understanding of various European payrolls
- Review revenue transactions and contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes
- Calculate and review royalty payments to ensure accuracy
- Assist with financial statement audits
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis as required

Experience & Skills
- ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualification preferred
- Experience within a US multinational environment is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree)
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and European GAAP
- Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical capabilities
