An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading FMCG organisation operating across Ireland.
This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers through to customers while driving operational excellence, service levels, and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations

Oversee transport vendor performance, tendering, and KPI management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain processes

Optimise inventory levels, forecasting, and stock management

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Manage freight costs, load utilisation, and service performance

Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team

Support strategic supply chain projects and revenue-generating initiatives
Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Supply Chain leadership role

FMCG foodservice industry experience is essential

Strong background in logistics, transport, and inventory management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Advanced Excel and systems experience required

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related discipline
