Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Business Development Executive, on behalf of our client. The Business Development Executive will cover the Southeast Leinster region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in foodservice, hospitality, or culinary environments who is commercially minded and passionate about high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow new and existing foodservice accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular call cycles
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Introduce new food solutions and expand existing offerings
- Analyse sales performance and plan territory activity accordingly
- Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the foodservice industry
- Strong understanding of sales, margin, and commercial targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full, clean driving licence
- Hospitality, retail, or culinary background is an advantage
