Job Purpose:
The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for the accurate maintenance and administration of pricing data across systems, supporting commercial teams to ensure competitive and consistent pricing. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP is desirable to support data accuracy and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update pricing records across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the implementation of pricing changes, promotions, and customer-specific agreements.
- Work closely with Finance teams to support pricing strategies and commercial objectives.
- Prepare pricing analysis reports using Excel to support decision-making.
- Monitor pricing data integrity within SAP and other business systems.
- Handle price file uploads and ensure accurate data integration across platforms.
- Assist with audits and internal reviews of pricing processes and controls.
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement of pricing tools, templates, and processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Pricing or Commercial teams as required.

- Proficient in Microsoft.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Desirable:
- Experience using SAP is desireable.
- Prior experience in a pricing, commercial support, or finance administration role.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and how pricing data integrates across functions.
- Understanding of basic pricing structures and commercial principles.
