    Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with experience in administration, document control, or order management?

    We're seeking a proactive temporary admin support contractor to join a busy manufacturing company in Cork. This role is all about keeping the business running smoothly - tackling backlog, overseeing all administrative tasks, supporting reporting, and assisting with research and planning.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, helping reduce backlogs and streamline processes
    • Support document control, technical writing, and reporting tasks
    • Assist with order management, purchasing administration, and scheduling
    • Coordinate logistics and sales/order processes where needed
    • Support research, planning, and ad-hoc business projects
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across teams

    What we're looking for:

    • Experience in Engineering Administration, Document Control, Technical Writing, Order Management, Purchasing Administration, Scheduling, Logistics Coordination, or Sales & Order Coordination
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital tools
    • Flexible, proactive, and reliable
