We're looking for a people-focused, commercially driven Team Lead to guide a team of Consultants and help grow a client base. If you've got experience in the property sector (or similar) and a talent for building strong relationships, keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and motivating a high-performing team.

Acting as the senior contact for corporate clients and ensuring a smooth relocation journey.

Building strong connections with agents, landlords and local suppliers while staying on top of Cork property trends.

Driving business development through networking, proposals and identifying growth opportunities.

Overseeing operations, processes, KPIs and continuous improvements.
What You Bring

3-5+ years' leadership experience

Proven ability to win new business or grow existing accounts.

Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-first approach.

Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Commercial awareness and confidence in pricing and proposals.

A hands-on attitude and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
