    Role Description:

    The Talent Partner with a global organisation is responsible for leading the global talent acquisition strategy and delivering a world-class experience across the business. This role owns the full employee lifecycle extending to employer branding, internal mobility, succession planning, and early careers programs in addition to managing HR related tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all regions, from role scoping to offer management.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent needs.
    • Define and maintain best-practice hiring and interviewing processes, templates, and guides.
    • Evaluate and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and sourcing tools
    • Design and launch an internship and graduate program in Ireland aligned with business growth areas.
    • Build partnerships with universities and external providers to attract early-career talent.
    • Collaborate with Head of HR on talent review discussions to support career development and planning.
    • Provide coaching, development, and performance oversight for junior members of the HR team.
    • Contribute to HR strategic initiatives including DEI, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
    • Monitor recruitment metrics and report on talent KPIs to the Head of HR.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years' experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years' experience in-house with end-to-end recruitment
    • Experience working in a global organization
    • Experience of developing employer branding and social recruitment strategies
    • Proven ability to develop early careers programs (internships, graduate intake, etc.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and regions.
    • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
    • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
    • Experience developing and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs.
