We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to produce high-quality training materials focused on safety and compliance. In this role, you will design engaging, interactive learning experiences using a variety of multimedia tools. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, while applying instructional design best practices to help learners absorb and retain critical safety information.
Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines for safety training modules.
Design and build interactive e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia.
Edit videos to create compelling and concise instructional materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate technical accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and supplementary learning assets for instructor-led or virtual sessions.
Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, corporate policies, and applicable safety standards.
Upload and manage course content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Gather feedback and analyze training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
3+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, or a related field.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or similar e-learning tools.
Experience with video editing and multimedia development.
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint design and formatting.
Strong written communication and instructional writing skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance.
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and on-the-job training models.
Prior experience creating content for safety, compliance, or regulated environments.
Familiarity with knowledge management and digital learning technologies.
