Exciting new opportunity for a Strategic Senior HR Leader to join a dynamic organisation as they embark on their growth journey.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Head of HR will be responsible for driving the People Strategy for the organisation.
The primary purpose of the role will be to drive the organisational change, lead the talent management and succession planning programmes, support senior leaders on all people related matters, deliver coaching and mentoring to the SLT, deliver the performance management strategy and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 + years' experience operating as a Senior HR professional with a proven track record in a similar role. A strategic thinker with excellent key stakeholder skills is required.
