Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment
- Strong generalist knowledge across the full employee lifecycle
- Ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously in dynamic settings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Immediate availability - no notice period is essential
- Based in Dublin or open to hybrid/onsite working arrangements
