My client is looking for a friendly, organised and adaptable Front of House Receptionist to join their Group Admin Team. If you're personable, professional and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
Answer calls on the switchboard and direct them appropriately
Welcome and register all visitors
Manage meeting room bookings
Provide refreshments for meetings and visitors
Handle post and arrange couriers
Order office and kitchen supplies
Assist with in-house events
Support ad hoc admin tasks
Gain experience supporting different teams - Marketing, Facilities, Recruitment, Sales, Wellbeing, HR
Excellent organisational skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Positive "can-do" attitude
This role reports to the Office Manager and offers a great opportunity to work as part of a supportive team, learn from multiple departments and develop a wide range of administrative skills.
