Position: Quality Administrator
Location: Dublin North
Reports To: Quality Manager
Role Overview
This position provides administrative support to the Quality function, ensuring that internal systems, documentation, and reporting frameworks are effectively maintained. The role focuses on supporting performance monitoring, data analysis, audit processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manager in producing information, reports and presentations by inputting, editing, retrieving data via spread sheets and presentations
- Responsible for document control for quality team including policies, incidents and complaint documents, audit tools, minutes and all quality related documentation
- Support the enhancement and streamlining of internal audit systems, contributing to the development of standardised processes and documentation controls.
- Compile and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual quality performance reports for internal review meetings.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Quality Lead, including ad hoc project support.
- Contribute to risk management activities by identifying potential operational or security risks, assisting with risk assessments, and supporting the implementation of corrective or preventative actions where required.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a quality administrative role with similar responsibilities.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage data accurately and produce reports within strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability
