    About the role
    We are looking for reliable and professional temporary admin/reception staff to support our clients across a variety of office environments. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role providing general administrative support and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and colleagues.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome visitors, answer phones, and manage general enquiries.

    • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.

    • Manage emails, scheduling, and calendars as required.

    • Support internal teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

    • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Previous reception or admin experience preferred but not essential.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Well-organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
