We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to provide critical operational and administrative support to our Inbound Procurement team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless system workflows. By managing day-to-day procurement administration, you will enable our Specialists to focus on strategic supplier management, directly contributing to an efficient, uninterrupted supply chain.
Data Management & Integrity: Maintain, reconcile, and audit procurement data across core systems (including SAP and Logility) to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency.
PO & Shipment Administration: Manage all Purchase Order (PO) data administration and update Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) from suppliers to facilitate efficient warehouse receipts.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate, compile, and distribute standard and ad-hoc procurement reports, dashboards, and month-end/quarter-end analysis for management review.
System Maintenance: Assist with data migrations, system clean-ups, and periodic master data reviews.
Operational Coverage: Act as the first point of contact during team absences, managing PO processing, handling supplier queries, and ensuring business continuity.

Required Experience & Skills:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, procurement, finance, or operations support role.
System Savvy: Solid experience working with data, reporting, or business ERP systems (experience with SAP and Logility is highly advantageous).
Excel Expert: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a distinct plus.
Supply Chain Knowledge: A foundational understanding of logistics systems and supply chain management.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
