The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Advisor to join a growing and ambitious Household team within the Personal Lines Division. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with personal lines experience to join a supportive environment that invests significantly in professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Handle incoming customer calls and emails, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and patience.
Policy Management: Process client renewals and mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently.
Retention: Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to secure renewals.
Lead Generation: Generate policy leads from existing customer interactions.
Compliance: Comply with all risk control and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
Team Support: Assist with other team tasks as required to support collective goals.
Requirements
Experience: Personal lines insurance experience is required, with specific home insurance experience
Qualifications: Minimum APA (Personal General) qualification.
System Knowledge: Practical knowledge of Applied Relay is ideal.
Skills: Strong organisational, planning, and execution skills. You must be approachable with a "can-do" attitude.
Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of risk control and the regulatory environment within Financial Services.
