Payroll IRL EMEA-Dublin 1
We are looking for bright Payroll professionals who are looking to take that next step in their career trajectory and enhance their payroll experience. This is a very exciting, hands on opportunity within a fast paced payroll function, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll and pension partners.
Your focus will be delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services for multiple European entities, ensuring all salary payments and pension contributions meet regional tax and regulatory standards. Overseeing the end to end monthly payroll cycle and acting as a point of coordination for both internal teams and external specialists.

Salary: DOE strong salary package
Contract: 6 month FTC
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that payroll is processed and paid for more than 800 employees across several entities in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, and Germany monthly.
- Ensuring that all monthly and annual tax, pension, and compliance requirements are met.
- Make sure the HR databaseis up to date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll administration, managing all data entry for new starters and processing leaver documentation
- Ensuring sufficient controls are in place and are implemented to capture monthly changes and that any differences are reconciled and explained.
- Working with the CFO and external providers regarding specific payroll treatment for any expatriate employees.
- Process all Benefit in Kind (BIK) adjustments, ensuring they are accurately reflected in monthly payroll cycles.
- Act as a key support resource by managing employee payroll queries professionally and promptly, ensuring a first-class, seamless payroll experience
Person Specifications & Experience Required:
- 2-7 years within a medium or large organisation with payroll experience; professional services experience is an advantage.
- IPASS qualification
- Strong knowledge and experience of Irish payroll.
- EMEA payroll advantageous
- Experience dealing with external payroll providers advantageous.
- Strong and confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize and work with large volumes of data.
