I'm currently hiring for an Office Manager position in Dublin 2. This is a great opportunity to join a small team in the heart of the city ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. You will be working in an innovative area of the Healthcare production industry. Successful candidates will have a strong background in looking after the day to day needs of an office.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days working in office and offers variety from day to day.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: 40-45k dependent on experience
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily administrative support to the Dublin team
- Facilities management support
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Managing office reception and handling incoming calls and emails
- Employee onboarding support
- Assisting in coordinating company events both internal and externally
- Travel coordination
- Processing company credit card expenses
- Assisting with stock returns and processing incoming stock
- Project support as required
- Processing purchase orders
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in either Office Coordinator or Office Manager type roles is essential
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working in a multinational company would be advantageous
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
