About the Role:
A client of mine who is a nationally know healthcare insurance company is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join their healthcare insurance onboarding team. In this role, you'll support members by answering questions about benefits, claims, and coverage, helping them navigate their healthcare needs with confidence and clarity as well as onboarding new members.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries via phone and email
Explain insurance benefits and coverage options
Assist with claims, billing, and enrollment questions
Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service
Experience Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
