Location: Dublin | Fully Onsite | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Occasional UK travel

We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Executive Assistant to keep our Dublin office running smoothly and deliver an outstanding experience for colleagues and guests. This is a 12-month contract role with plenty of variety; from welcoming visitors to supporting events and keeping everything behind the scenes in top shape.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact: greet guests, manage meeting rooms, set up catering & tech, and keep spaces looking their best.

• Run the office: oversee suppliers, stationery, post, deliveries, and facilities.

• Support the team: diary management, travel bookings, expenses, reports, and CRM updates.

• Keep things moving: liaise with colleagues across UK & Ireland, handle new joiners/leavers, manage memberships, gifts, and car park bookings.

• Get involved: assist with events, lunches, and occasional special projects.

Requirements:

• Super-organised, flexible and hands-on.

• Great communicator with a professional, friendly approach.

• Previous office/admin experience (financial services or blue-chip background a bonus).

• Confident with MS Office and basic IT troubleshooting.

• Detail-driven, reliable, and always one step ahead.

• 4 years EA / PA experience
