A great opportunity has become available for a professional and service-oriented individual to join a fast-paced team as a Client Services Executive. This role involves direct communication with clients to resolve queries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered. You will also be responsible for handling a varied workload and contributing to the overall success of the client services function.
Respond to client queries across various channels, including email and phone, covering a broad range of service-related topics.
Maintain service standards by:
Responding to all written communications within 24 hours.
Achieving a target call abandon rate of no more than 2%.
Effectively manage and prioritise daily workload alongside ad hoc tasks and individual case follow-ups.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and processes to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
Liaise with internal teams as needed to coordinate responses and support issue resolution.
Deliver a positive customer experience to promote satisfaction and client loyalty.
Remain organised and focused while working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Experience in a customer-facing or client service role, ideally with administrative responsibilities.
Previous experience in a call centre or contact centre environment is an advantage.
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Flexibility to work within a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Valid EU work permit with full-time availability throughout the year.
Fluency in English and German is essential.
