We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Temporary Administrator to support their operations in Letterkenny. The role requires flexibility, strong administrative skills, and the ability to cover additional office locations within the Letterkenny area when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
Deliver accurate typing and proofreading across a variety of documents.
Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Photocopy, scan, and manage document distribution as needed.
Provide office cover in other Letterkenny-area locations during unexpected staff absences.
Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Perform any additional duties as required by the client's Line Manager.
Requirements
Excellent typing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
