In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to managers and team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Assist with office coordination, supplies, and vendor communication
Support internal projects and help streamline administrative processes
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
