Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of mortgage acquisition and retention strategies. This is a high-impact role requiring close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on delivering innovative, customer-centric mortgage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of mortgage acquisition and retention strategies

Manage and enhance mortgage product offerings and customer propositions

Oversee product content across digital and print channels, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment

Collaborate with third parties to strengthen the customer proposition

Plan and deliver business change initiatives and product campaigns

Monitor and manage the mortgage book in line with commercial and regulatory expectations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of product management experience in financial services

Demonstrated success in managing product development and marketing initiatives with measurable results
