A leading global financial services organisation based in Dublin is seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on delivering omnichannel campaigns across EU B2B markets, including email, social media, and web, while also supporting with asset creation, short-form copywriting, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end digital campaigns, translating briefs into execution plans across web, email, and social channels while managing timelines and stakeholder approvals.
- Create and update campaign webpages and landing pages using CMS templates, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and published on time.
- Produce high-quality digital assets (banners, hero images, email graphics) aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for multiple formats and channels.
- Build, execute, and optimise email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including event journeys, newsletters, and nurture programmes.
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign data, and CRM hygiene to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and compliance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine execution, improve engagement, and support ongoing optimisation.
The Successful Candidate:
- 2-4 years experience running CRM and email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), including segmentation, lists, and campaign setup.
- Background in Financial Services or adjacent industry is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics, with clear insights and recommendations; Power BI experience a plus.
- Experience building and updating webpages/landing pages in a CMS using templates and following governance processes; basic DAM knowledge.
- Strong design skills using Adobe Illustrator (or similar), creating and optimising digital assets for web across multiple formats.
- Able to work within brand guidelines and adapt creative assets for different digital channels.
- Highly Desirable: German/Italian language skills.
