    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the next critical phase of a major digital transformation. This involves expanding an already operational Microsoft Dynamics-based IT system, specifically focusing on the rollout of new functionality within a challenging timeframe. This is a strategic role, requiring initial full-time on-site presence to build key relationships and business understanding, with scope for hybrid work later.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Sport phase of the system.
    • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including internal teams, and external partners/software providers.
    • Ensure the project remains on track and within scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all participating entities.
    • Monitor project risks, resolve issues promptly, and maintain quality assurance.
    • Ensure all deliverables are aligned with grant-aid compliance and reporting requirements.
    • Provide regular project updates and reporting to the executive team.

    Your Profile:

    • Proven experience in delivering complex IT/CRM projects, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP qualification an advantage).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external partners and executive stakeholders, driving objectives and facilitating change.
    • Experience with budget management, cost control, and working within deadline-critical and grant-funded environments.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps environment and project management software such as MS Project.
    • Experience within a regulated environment.
